Job Description

Job Purpose:

Lead the overall Engineering function and provide technical and strategic leadership across multidisciplinary engineering, analysis, design and project delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across various projects.
- Provide technical leadership for engineering, analysis, and design activities.
- Review and guide engineering concepts, designs, calculations, specifications and technical deliverables.
- Provide technical oversight for Cooling Towers, NDCT, IDCT, BOP structures and associated infrastructure.
- Ensure effective coordination across Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping and other engineering disciplines.
- Support technical proposals, feasibility studies, engineering planning and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, quality and project requirements.
- Lead technical reviews, resolve complex engineering issues and manage key engineering interfaces.
- Develop engineering capabilities, mentor teams and drive standardisation, innovation and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:





- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree will be an advantage.
- 25+ years of experience in Engineering / Design / Consultancy / EPC environment.
- Strong experience in multidisciplinary engineering and technical leadership.
- Good understanding of analysis, design and engineering management.
- Exposure to Cooling Towers, NDCT, IDCT and BOP structures will be an advantage.
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proven experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree will be an advantage.
