Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements for head office and project entities (SPVs) in compliance with Companies Act, 2013, IND AS, and Indian GAAP.

- Ensure timely closure of statutory, tax, and internal audits, and manage quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reporting cycles.

- Prepare and present budget reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards for Board and senior leadership review.

- Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations, including FEMA, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, and related statutory frameworks.

- Support in improving internal controls, documentation, and financial reporting processes.

- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and cross-functional teams on accounting and financial matters.

Key Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in infrastructure, real estate or similar sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of IND AS, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
