Description

Balance Cash related to collections and dispute management, implement & enforce to strategy. Interaction with end customers via Calls and Emails for collecting past due amount. Meeting collections numbers/targets (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly) Customer and Country/Regional Stakeholder Relationship Management through e-mail and conference calls. Dispute Balancing related to invoice, cash and collection issues. Lead and participate in conference calls with Country / Regional Financial Managers. Participate in governance meetings at country / region level. People management: ensure team members are meeting the deliverables and keep them motivated. Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive implementation (Lean and Six Sigma projects) Timely and effective communication with internal departments for issue resolution Should have understanding on all outcome-based reports, should be able to drive daily and weekly cash and Collections target. Person should have good understanding on some key critical metrics like Days to Collect, collection efficiency, Un- allocated cash and Un- applied cash. Control and support all specialists in respective functions. Analyse different processes KPI’s from Customer Relationship Management system or provided by Process Control to guarantee SLA’s or propose process improvements, Analyze performance of the team members to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed in accordance with specifications and deadlines. Drive people related agenda (target settings, appraisal process, building talents) Ensure proper backup structure and succession planning.



Training and development of the team Leading the agenda of issue solving and monthly meetings Review escalation tickets, assisting the team when either they cannot fulfil SLA’s or have any problem. Lead and participate in conference calls with Country / Regional Financial Managers. Participate in governance meetings at country / region level.
