About Job Role

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the client’s financial information. The Accounting Associate is responsible for recording, analyzing, and verifying financial transactions, as well as preparing reports and financial statements that support strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

- Book journal entries (accrual/recurring/daily transactions) for across all balance sheet & PnL category of accounts
- Enter accounting data into the system and verify its accuracy.
- Process AP Invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank transactions with the invoices processed in the preceding step.
- Review the aging of balances in the Accounts Payable module and follow up on aged items.
- Perform the monthly close of the Accounts Payable module.
- Fixed Assets accounting (Capitalization, Depreciation, Transfer, Disposal), Roll-forward
- Intercompany accounting & reconciliation
- Perform reconciliations across all Balance sheet categories including Bank reconciliations, on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis
- Prepare/support on financial reports (internal/external)
- Support general accounting activities such as amortization, fixed assets, financing, accruals, and other related activities.

Certifications
