Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
1x Open Text Core specialist with SAP understanding (has to connect the repositories / collections) and knowledge about retention & access management, L8 or good L9
1x Open Text Core und xECM specialist with SAP understanding (has to know what a BO is, how TOA tables are configured and how Archive Link is set up – needs to implement all of the above), L8 or L9
1x migration expert (must be able to set up OT Core Migration Server, understand data in SAP context as well as Azure from conceptual and implementation perspective, L7 or L9
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Open Text ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
