About the Company

Intellgus Private Limited is building a strong accounting team in Indore to support international and US-based finance processes. The organisation offers professionals an opportunity to deepen their expertise in US Accounting while working with structured global workflows and accounting operations.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day US, Indian, and international accounting activities with accuracy and discipline.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations, journal entries, ledger management, and general accounting processes.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, financial statement preparation, and month-end closing.
- Review accounting data, identify discrepancies, and contribute to timely resolution through analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Work with international accounting processes and collaborate with the internal team across defined evening and night shifts.
- Participate in the selection process, including HR discussion, accounting assessment, and final interview.

Requirements

- Strong accounting fundamentals and practical understanding of reconciliations, journal entries, ledgers, payables, receivables, financial statements, and closing procedures.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, MS Excel, or other accounting and ERP platforms will be an advantage.
- Robust analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are expected.
