Key Responsibilities

1. Enter and update information accurately in company databases and spreadsheets.

2. Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.

3. Maintain electronic records, files, and documentation.

4. Prepare daily and weekly data entry reports using MS Excel.

5. Identify and correct errors, duplicate entries, and missing information.

6. Organize and retrieve records for internal operational requirements.

7. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.

8. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve data discrepancies.

Required Skills





- MS Excel: Enter, sort, filter, and organize spreadsheet data.

- Typing Accuracy: Perform data entry efficiently with minimal errors.

- Data Validation: Verify information and identify discrepancies.

- MS Office: Work with Word, Excel, and other office applications.

- Record Management: Maintain structured and retrievable digital records.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Google Sheets and cloud-based spreadsheets.

- Basic understanding of Excel formulas and reporting.

Work Experience Requirements
