We are looking for a motivated and energetic Blue Collar Recruiter for Delivery Boy Sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for calling and recruiting delivery partners for companies like Blinkit, Bigbasket, Swiggy, Zomato, Instamart, etc.

Responsibilities

- Call candidates and explain available delivery job opportunities.
- Source delivery partners through phone calls and WhatsApp .
- Screen interested candidates and verify their basic details.
- Explain the joining process, required documents, and company information.
- Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.
- Maintain daily calling and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team regarding joining updates.
- Handle candidate queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.




- Build and maintain a strong database of delivery partner candidates.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English .
- Comfortable handling multiple candidates every day.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in the day shift.

Qualification

- 12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Minimum 01 years of experience required (preferably related area) Comfortable working in a fast pace environment Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills with an ability to be personable yet persistent! Willing to work in Day Shift.

Experience Required: 01- 05 years ( Min years in recruitment )
