As an admission counselor at M/S KUNDAN LAL GOVIND RAM EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY, you will play a crucial role in helping students navigate the admissions process and make informed decisions about their educational future. Your expertise in counseling and effective communication will be instrumental in guiding students towards the right academic path.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to prospective students, addressing their academic goals and career aspirations.
2. Assist students in understanding the various academic programs offered by the institution and help them choose the best fit for their needs.
3. Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students about the admission requirements, application process, and financial aid options.
4. Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the application process and ensure a seamless experience for students.
5. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions progress to track student outcomes and improve future counseling efforts.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in counseling to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
7. Build robust relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to create a supportive and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
