Job Description – Electrical Maintenance Technician

**Experience:** 1–3 Years
**Qualification:** ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electrical Engineering
**Location:** Jaipur

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Maintain and troubleshoot electrical motors and equipment.
* Perform regular preventive and breakdown maintenance of motors.
* Identify and resolve electrical faults and technical issues.
* Handle motor wiring, connections, starters, contactors, relays and control panels.
* Check motor performance, voltage, current and other electrical parameters.
* Carry out basic repair and replacement of electrical components.
* Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems and equipment.
* Maintain records of maintenance activities and report technical issues.
* Follow electrical safety procedures and company SOPs.

*Required Skills:*





* Good knowledge of **motor maintenance and troubleshooting**.
* Knowledge of **3-phase motors, starters, contactors and control panels**.
* Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and circuits.
* Ability to identify electrical faults using basic testing equipment.
* Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
* Basic understanding of electrical safety.
* Positive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle breakdown situations.

Preferred Candidate:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical** with **1–3 years of hands-on experience** in electrical maintenance, especially **motor maintenance and troubleshooting**.
