Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute UI performance testing strategies using Playwright or Selenium and Artillery.
- Write maintainable automated tests in JavaScript or Java, using HTML, CSS, SQL, and API testing for end-to-end coverage.
- Integrate performance and API tests with CI/CD pipelines and analyze results, debug bottlenecks, and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to triage issues, refine test data strategies, and improve quality metrics.
- Test complex AI-driven software solutions and adapt testing approaches as features evolve.

Requirements

- Require 2–3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or Automation Tester with hands-on UI automation using Playwright or Selenium.
- Require proficiency in JavaScript or Java for test scripting and knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL,



and API testing.
- Require experience with Artillery for load and performance testing on UI applications.
- Require familiarity with automation-run analysis, failure triage, fixes, and reporting in rapid-paced environments.
- Require daily use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or other LLM models to accelerate coding, debugging, and test development.
- Prefer end-to-end automation experience with Playwright or Selenium and JavaScript or Java, plus basic cloud technology experience such as AWS.
- Prefer knowledge of Datadog, performance optimization, Jenkins, Allure, Docker, and role-based permission testing.
