About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and business development across Gujarat and Maharashtra. The candidate should have proven experience in Bearing Sales or Steel Sales and be comfortable with extensive field travel and industrial customer visits.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant sales experience
- Bearing Sales or Steel Sales experience is mandatory
- Strong B2B / industrial sales experience
- Gujarati and Marathi language proficiency is mandatory
- Robust industrial customer network is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and Maharashtra
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial markets
- Visit factories, plants and industrial customers regularly
- Generate new leads and acquire industrial clients
- Promote bearing, steel and related industrial products
- Conduct product presentations and commercial discussions




- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms
- Follow up on quotations, orders and payments
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases and visit reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Proven field sales experience in bearings or steel products
- Experience handling industrial customers, factories, plants or manufacturing companies
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills
- Good negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Email
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working independently
- Ready for extensive travel within the assigned region
