Position Overview

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Ayurvedic Doctor (BAMS) to join the Aivida healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional Ayurvedic consultations, understanding patient health concerns, recommending appropriate Ayurvedic treatments and lifestyle modifications, and maintaining proper clinical documentation.

Both freshers and experienced BAMS doctors are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical fundamentals, good communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and an interest in technology-enabled healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Ayurvedic consultations and understand patients' medical and wellness concerns.
- Take detailed patient history and assess health conditions appropriately.
- Provide Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment recommendations within the scope of skilled practice.
- Recommend appropriate Ayurvedic medicines, therapies, diet plans and lifestyle modifications.
- Explain treatment plans,



precautions and follow-up requirements clearly to patients.
- Conduct teleconsultations and/or in-person consultations as required.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consultation notes and treatment history.
- Monitor patient progress and recommend follow-up consultations where required.
- Identify cases requiring referral to other medical specialists or emergency medical attention.
- Coordinate with other doctors, nutritionists, wellness professionals and the Aivida clinical team.
- Support preventive healthcare, wellness and lifestyle management programs.
- Participate in health camps, corporate wellness programs and community healthcare initiatives.
- Provide appropriate guidance on Ayurvedic nutrition, daily routines and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Maintain professional, ethical and patient-confidentiality standards at all times.
- Follow Aivida's clinical protocols, documentation standards and operating procedures.
- Use Aivida's digital platforms, EMR/CRM or other healthcare technology systems for patient management.
- Contribute to improving patient experience and overall quality of clinical services.

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

- BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) from a recognized institution/university.
- Valid registration with the appropriate State/National medical regulatory authority as applicable.

Experience:

- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–3 years of experience in Ayurveda/clinical practice preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
