- 1 year of telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
- Manage patient interactions, inquiries, and complaints through phone and other channels.
- Monitor patient feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
