We’re Hiring | Sales Executive

Location: Chennai (Preferred) | Remote for the right candidate

Salary: ₹7–8 LPA
Experience: 2–3 Years

We are looking for a target-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, and Voucher Sales to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales of gift vouchers, discount vouchers, and promotional vouchers.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, online channels, and client outreach.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients, retailers, and business partners.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable voucher solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth voucher issuance, payment, and delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track collections, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
- Strong hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition.
- Prior experience in voucher sales, gift cards, corporate gifting, loyalty programs, or promotional sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to build relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and business partners.
- Experience handling sales targets, client meetings, and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic CRM tools.
- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
