Position: Head – Human Resources

Reports To: Director / CEO / Business Head

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HR, including 2+ years in a team-lead role

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
We are looking for a results-driven HR Head to lead the Human Resources function and act as a strategic partner to the management team. The role oversees the full employee lifecycle, builds a robust people culture, ensures statutory compliance, and aligns HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
- Oversee performance management, including goal setting, appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms.
- Design and administer compensation, benefits and rewards structures; ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Drive employee engagement,



retention and culture-building initiatives.
- Identify training needs and lead learning & development and succession planning programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH, etc.).
- Oversee payroll, HR operations and HRIS; maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget; track HR metrics such as attrition, time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.
- Advise senior management on organizational design, change management and people-related decisions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Employment & Labour Law: 5 years (Required)
