COMMIS CHEF – LEVEL 1

BREAKFAST OPERATIONS | LAZEEZ GALI

Location: Lazeez Gali, Husainabad, Lucknow

Job Summary

We are looking for a Commis Chef – Level 1 to support the breakfast kitchen operations atLazeez Gali.

The candidate will work under the guidance of Commis Level 3 and assist in thepreparation and service of the breakfast menu.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Commis Level 3 in breakfast preparation.

Perform basic kitchen preparation and mise-en-place.

Assist in preparing:

Aloo Paratha

Paneer Paratha

Poorie

Sabzi

Shami Kebab

Boiled Eggs

Omelette

Fruit Salad

Fruit & Vegetable Juices

Clean and organize ingredients before preparation.

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations.

Assist in maintaining proper food storage.

Follow hygiene and food safety practices.

Assist during breakfast service.

Follow instructions from Commis Level 3.

Maintain discipline and punctuality.





Support the team in maintaining smooth and timely breakfast operations.

Minimize food wastage and use ingredients responsibly.

Reporting

Reports/Works under:

Commis Chef – Level 3

Working Hours

4:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Salary ₹10,000 per month

Salary may be considered based on skill and experience, as indicated in the sourcedocument.

Candidate Profile Basic kitchen knowledge.

Willingness to learn Indian breakfast preparation.

Ability to follow instructions.

Valuable hygiene and cleanliness habits.

Hardworking and disciplined.

Able to work early-morning shifts.

Previous restaurant/kitchen experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
