1. Senior Executive - Central Operations
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year of relevant compliance experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, challan generation, and return filing. 2. Manage labour compliances related to Contract Labour, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Gratuity, Maternity Benefits, and applicable Labour Laws.
3. Support and handle client audits regarding labour law documentation.
4. Coordinate with Labour Inspectors for inspection closures and document submissions.
5. Understand client compliance requirements and execute operational workflows.

2*. Team Lead -*Central Operations
We are looking for experienced professionals capable of leading team operations, driving client management, and closing high-stakes audits.

Experience:



4 – 5 Years of relevant experience in statutory/labour compliance.

Preferred Experience & Skills:
1. Proven Team Handling & Leadership experience
2. Solid Client Management & Stakeholder Communication skills
3. In-depth understanding of statutory and labour law compliances
4. Track record in central operations and audit closures

What We Look For:-
Education : Any Graduate
Technical : Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data management
Soft Skills: High learnability, excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and collaborative mindset

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
