A Real Estate Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, design, construction, and final handover of property development projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

- Feasibility and Planning: Conduct market research, site evaluations, financial modeling, and FSI (Floor Space Index) or zoning assessments before acquisition.
- Design and Approvals: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants; secure municipal permits, NOCs, and regulatory clearances.
- Procurement and Contracts: Prepare tender documents, issue RFPs/RFQs, evaluate contractor bids, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Construction and Quality Control: Supervise in office progress, monitor safety compliance, track milestones, and manage value engineering.
- Budget and Risk Management: Track project expenses, forecast cash flows, prepare financial reports for stakeholders, and manage risk mitigation.
- Handover and Closeout: Manage property commissioning, client or tenant improvements, punch lists, and official lease or asset handovers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
