Were Hiring: Sales Manager – UCaaS | CPaaS

We are looking for an experienced **B2B Sales Professional based in Mumbai** with strong experience in **UCaaS,, CPaaS, Cloud Contact Center and Enterprise Communication Solutions**.

This role is for someone who has already sold cloud communication or telecom solutions and understands the complete enterprise communication ecosystem.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven sales experience in **UCaaS / CPaaS / Cloud Contact Center**
- Strong understanding of **Cloud Telephony, Business Voice, SIP Trunking, IVR, ACD, Dialers, Call Recording and Omnichannel Communication**
- Knowledge of **SMS, Voice APIs, WhatsApp Business API, Messaging APIs and CPaaS solutions**
- Experience selling to **Enterprises, BPOs, Call Centers, BFSI, Healthcare, Fintech, E-commerce or other high-volume communication businesses**
- Ability to generate leads, understand customer requirements, conduct product demos, prepare proposals and close deals
- Experience dealing with **CX Heads, Contact Center Heads, IT Heads, Operations Heads, CTOs and Business Owners**
- Strong negotiation, relationship management and enterprise sales skills
- Existing network in the **telecom, SaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS or contact-center industry** will be highly preferred
