Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate with various teams, manage project schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate project scheduling and manage timelines using tools such as Primavera and HeavyBid.
- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring that expenditures align with project forecasts.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all personnel on site.
- Manage construction estimating processes to provide accurate cost assessments for projects.




- Monitor progress against project milestones and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction management or a related field, with a strong understanding of construction site operations.
- Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera and HeavyBid is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of budgeting practices and financial oversight in construction projects.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and standards within the construction industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in pipeline construction or similar sectors is a plus but not required.
