Job Description:

· Execute and supervise Electrical and ELV works for turnkey projects at various locations across India.

Take complete responsibility for day-to-day site execution and progress.

· Coordinate with the client, consultant, contractors, vendors and other agencies at the project site.

· Review drawing, BOQ, specifications, and site requirements before execution.

· Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors.

· Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.

· Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and communicate project status to the management.

· Coordinate with other disciplines such as Civil, Electrical, Cleanroom, Fire-fighting and ELV to ensure smooth project execution.





· Identify site issues, coordinate with the concerned team, and ensure timely resolution.

· Monitor subcontractor performance, quantities, measurements and work completion.
