We are hiring Customer Service Associates for an International Chat Support Process in Sector 62, Noida.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat support.
- Provide accurate and professional solutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain quality and process standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

Eligibility:

- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 6 months of International BPO Chat experience required.
- Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong grammar and written communication skills.
- Candidates with International Voice + Chat experience may also be considered.

Salary:

- 6–12 Months Experience: ₹24,000–₹26,000 in-hand + ₹3,000 after training
- 13–24 Months Experience: ₹28,000–₹29,000 in-hand + ₹4,000 after training




- 24+ Months Experience: Up to ₹32,000 + ₹4,000 after training

Job Location: Sector 62, Noida
Job Type: Full time | Work from Office

Interview Process: HR Round → Operations Round → Typing Test → SHL Assessment

Typing Requirement: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Interview: Face-to-face / Virtual
