We are looking for a Senior Billing & Planning Engineer with hands-on experience in railway infrastructure projects. The candidate will handle billing, quantity estimation, project planning, progress monitoring and contractual correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills, quantity calculations and supporting documents.
- Prepare work schedules, track progress and highlight delays against planned targets.
- Coordinate with site teams for measurements, billing inputs and progress updates.
- Handle project correspondence, including letters, reports and communication with clients and consultants.
- Maintain billing trackers, planning reports and MIS using MS Excel.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E.
in Civil Engineering with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Railway project experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in relevant billing and planning software.
- Robust working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
Location: Bangalore and Gujarat
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
