Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for pharmaceutical products, raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other company requirements. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, purchase orders, price negotiations, timely procurement, and maintaining accurate purchase records and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end purchasing activities for pharmaceutical/raw materials, packaging materials, and other requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with approved vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate commercial terms, and place purchase orders.
- Ensure timely procurement as per production, inventory, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Accounts,



and other departments for purchase requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch, and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate procurement to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Verify purchase documents, invoices, quotations, and delivery-related documents.
- Maintain proper records of purchase orders, vendor details, quotations, and procurement transactions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Ensure procurement is carried out as per company policies and applicable pharmaceutical quality requirements.
- Prepare regular purchase reports and MIS for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / B.Pharm or relevant qualification.
- 2–4 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials, packaging materials, or consumables will be an advantage.
- Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP/SAP/Tally or other procurement software is preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
