- Develop and expand a strong future collorabation across tricity with a focus towards kharar and morinda; exclusively working on chandigarh ludhiana road .
- Drive sales through channel partners, direct clients and corporate tie ups.
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits to promote the property and attract potential buyers
- Coordinate with team and make edms for daily outreach towards channel partners and potential clients.
- Analyse market trends, competitor projects and buyer behavior to enhance sales strategy.
