Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities. The candidate should have practical experience in Tally and basic knowledge of financial transactions, documentation, and accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial records.
- Handle Tally entries and maintain books of accounts.
- Record purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Perform bank entries and basic bank reconciliation.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist in monthly financial reports and account closing activities.
- Coordinate with management regarding financial and accounting matters.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely completion of accounting tasks.




- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Good practical knowledge of Tally.
- Knowledge of bank entries, payment entries, voucher entries, purchase/sales entries, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Eligibility

- Candidates residing in Mukkam or nearby areas are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year relevant accounting experience.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
