- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and interactive sessions on Supply Chain
- Management, ERP systems, Customer service, and Soft Skills.
- Assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Collaborate with management to identify training gaps and opportunities.
- Create training materials such as manuals, handouts, and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in Supply Chain Management, ERP systems, and Soft Skills.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to connect with individuals at all levels of an organization.
- Certifications in ERP systems or Supply Chain Management are a plus.
