About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our remote team. The selected candidate will work with company-provided leads, understand client requirements, explain relevant IT services, and help convert potential customers into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
- Understand client requirements and business objectives
- Present suitable IT solutions including websites, software, mobile applications, AI automation, and digital services
- Handle sales conversations through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations and technical discussions
- Build robust relationships with prospective clients




- Work towards successful project closures and revenue generation

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with up to 2 years of sales or business development experience preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English communication is preferred
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn about IT services, software solutions, and digital products

Compensation

Full-Time: ₹5,500 – ₹15,500 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Freelancer / Project-Based Associates: Compensation is linked to successful project closures as per mutually agreed terms.
