Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

A͏nalyst

Opportunity to join a growing Finance team within an international alternative

investments group supporting Luxembourg investment structures. The Lead Analyst will

act as a key Finance COE point of contact for the Luxembourg team and lead a growing

team of approximately 10 professionals. The role is suited for candidates with 2–4 years

of experience combining strong accounting knowledge with team leadership, review

and organisational skills.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is a strong plus. • 2–4 years of relevant finance/accounting experience,



ideally within fund administration, alternative investments, financial services, audit or a similar environment. • Strong accounting knowledge with practical experience in financial statement preparation/review and complex reconciliations. • Previous exposure to Luxembourg entities (LuxCos) is highly desirable. • Experience within private debt / credit / alternative investments is a strong advantage; exposure to intercompany financing instruments is highly desirable. • Demonstrated experience coordinating deliverables, reviewing work and guiding junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Oversight • Review accounting, reconciliations, support schedules and financial statement inputs for accuracy and completeness. • Support annual accounts, complex reconciliations and accounting matters, including intercompany and financing activities. • Act as an escalation point for accounting queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Cash & Payments • Oversee key recurring finance deliverables and ensure appropriate coordination with the team and onshore stakeholders. • Monitor open items and exceptions and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.





Reporting & Controls • Monitor delivery quality and key controls across the team and identify recurring issues or gaps. • Ensure appropriate documentation and support improvements to controls and ways of working.

Stakeholder

Coordination • Act as the key COE point of contact for the Luxembourg team on priorities, workload, delivery risks and operational matters. • Coordinate workload allocation and prioritisation across the team and proactively escalate capacity or delivery issues. • Communicate progress, issues and proposed solutions clearly and proactively.

Ownership & Team Guidance • Review and coach junior team members, identify knowledge gaps and support training and capability building. • Drive greater team independence through clear ownership, quality standards and effective organisation. • Identify opportunities to simplify and standardise processes and improve efficiency, including through Excel, Copilot, macros or other automation tools.
