Finance Executive – Construction Finance & Home Loan
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Finance Executive to support our Construction Finance and Home Loan division. The role will involve coordinating with clients and bankers, managing case-related documentation, following up on pending requirements, and preparing financial workings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients for required documents and case-related information.
- Coordinate with bankers for submission and processing of case files.
- Track pending documents and provide regular follow-ups with clients and bankers.
- Prepare financial workings and other case-related reports.
- Maintain and update records of ongoing cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.
- Assist in handling day-to-day activities related to Construction Finance and Home Loan cases.
Candidate Profile:
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, banking, home loans, NBFC, or related fields preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable follow-up and documentation skills.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and follow timelines.
