Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee handling, recruitment, payroll coordination, compliance, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns.
- Manage joining, onboarding, probation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave, deductions, and salary inputs.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, trackers, and employee data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Handle talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and joining.
- Support and maintain labour law and statutory compliance records.
- Implement and communicate HR policies, rules, and procedures.
- Handle general office administration and employee-related administrative work.




- Coordinate with management and department heads for employee and manpower requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT/software company.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
