Position: Senior Resident/Resident, Cardiac Care Unit (CCU)

Department: CCU (Cardiology)

Experience: 5 – 6 years (3–5 years in Cardiac Care Unit is must)

Qualification: MBBS or PGDCC/MD or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred

Location: Sec-27, Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 24×7 clinical care and monitoring of patients admitted to the CCU.

Assess and manage patients with acute cardiac conditions, including ACS, arrhythmias, heart failure and post-intervention cases.

Perform initial assessment, clinical examination and appropriate emergency management.

Monitor ECG, vital signs, cardiac rhythm and hemodynamic parameters.

Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies and code blue situations, including CPR/ACLS as required.

Coordinate with Consultants/Cardiologists regarding diagnosis,



treatment plans and escalation of care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes and treatment records.

Assist with procedures and interventions as required.

Ensure timely investigations, medication administration and follow-up of critical patients.

Coordinate with nursing, diagnostics and other clinical departments for comprehensive patient care.

Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices, patient-safety standards and NABH requirements.
