Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Scan to BIM Engineer to convert point cloud data from laser scans into accurate, intelligent 3D BIM models. You will work on architectural, structural, and MEP elements, coordinate with design teams, and ensure every deliverable meets project standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and model point cloud data from 3D laser scans.
- Create accurate, detailed 3D BIM models from scan data using Revit.
- Model architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) elements.
- Handle large projects while maintaining model accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with design teams and follow project standards, BIM guidelines, and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Perform quality checks on models and ensure error-free final deliverables.
- Meet project timelines and communicate progress to team leads.




- Support revisions and incorporate client or team feedback.

Eligibility and Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field (update as per your requirement).
- 0.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in the Scan to BIM process.
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and point cloud handling.
- Understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy.
- Ability to work with large files and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
