Centre Manager – Gamezone

- Manage overall centre operations, ensuring smooth and effective daily functioning.
- Lead and supervise the operations, guest relations, and support teams.
- Drive revenue through admissions, memberships, parties, upselling, and other business opportunities.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor sales, targets, expenses, inventory, and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, service standards, and company SOPs.
- Plan and execute birthday parties, events, promotions, and special activities.
- Coordinate with HR, Sales, Marketing, and other departments for centre requirements.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
- Ensure the centre is maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
