Content Creator

VSE India and Subsidiaries | Full-time | 3 to 5 years' experience

Role

Create original, high-quality content for VSE India and its subsidiaries across Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Facebook and the Meta ecosystem. Turn brand goals and ideas into engaging video, visual and written content that fits each platform and each brand's voice.

Responsibilities

- Plan, script, shoot, edit and publish content: reels and shorts, long-form YouTube videos, carousels, static posts, stories and LinkedIn articles.
- Write captions, scripts, headlines and post copy in the correct brand voice for each subsidiary.
- Design graphics, thumbnails, motion elements and templates that follow brand guidelines.
- Work with the Social Media Manager on content calendars, campaigns, launches and event coverage.
- Adapt each idea to platform formats, trends and audience behaviour while keeping the brand consistent.
- Capture behind-the-scenes, leadership, team and event footage; manage and organise the content library.
- Review post performance and apply insights to improve future content.
- Follow copyright, disclosure and approval rules before publishing.

Platform Focus

- Instagram: Reels, carousels, Stories and visual storytelling.
- YouTube: long-form video, Shorts, thumbnails and titles.
- X (Twitter): short, timely posts and threads.




- LinkedIn: thought leadership, articles, document posts and company updates.
- Facebook and Meta: community posts, video and event content.

Expectations

- Deliver content on schedule and in line with the content calendar.
- Maintain consistent quality and brand voice across all subsidiaries.
- Grow reach, views and engagement over time.
- Produce new ideas and formats regularly, and respond quickly to trends and timely moments.
- Take feedback well and turn revisions around quickly.

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Media, Communications, Marketing, Design or a related field, or equivalent portfolio.
- 3 to 5 years creating social content, with a portfolio showing work on at least three of the listed platforms.
- Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut) and design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite); photography and motion graphics are a plus.
- Solid writing, storytelling and attention to detail; familiarity with platform analytics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
