We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecalling Executive to join our team at our KPHB, Hyderabad office. In this role, you will handle front-desk reception duties, manage inbound client inquiries, and conduct outbound calling to qualify leads. - Location: KPHB Colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana (100% In office / Office-based)

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Telecalling: Call potential customers from provided data lists to explain our services/products and generate qualified leads.
- Front Desk Management: Greet walk-in clients, maintain the reception desk, and manage incoming and outgoing office couriers/documents.
- Inbound Customer Handling: Answer incoming phone calls, resolve basic customer queries, and route complex calls to the right team.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate daily logs of called numbers, customer feedback,



and walk-in details using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Follow-ups: Systematically call back interested leads to schedule appointments or close requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (12th Pass) with excellent verbal skills.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with a confident speaking voice are highly encouraged).
- Languages: Telugu and English are required. Knowledge of Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Good phone etiquette, active listening, and Social Media Using skills.
