ABOUT THE ROLE

Cuilsoft is hiring a Sales Representative to work with our client, Shadow Span, a cybersecurity platform that gives lean security and IT teams one place for:

- Vulnerability Management
- Cloud Security
- External Attack Surface Monitoring
- Compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001 and more)
- Application Security
- Threat Intelligence

You’ll sell to companies in the United States, Canada, and Europe, working UK business hours from home in India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research target companies and generate/qualify new business through outbound email, LinkedIn, calls, and inbound lead follow-ups.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos with IT managers, security leads and founders.
- Explain security and compliance problems in simple business terms and demonstrate how the platform solves them.
- Manage and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide honest forecasts.
- Work with the founder and technical team on deals, feedback and positioning.

REQUIREMENTS





- Excellent spoken and written English skills for daily communication with UK and European buyers.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity, including vulnerabilities/CVEs, patching, cloud security, phishing, access control, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or SDR roles, ideally in software or SaaS.
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own day and pipeline remotely.
- Confident on video calls, with reliable internet and a quiet place to work.

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience selling to North American or European customers.
- Security certification/coursework such as CompTIA Security+, CEH or ISO 27001 Foundation.
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar CRMs.

WORKING HOURS

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM UK Time

India (IST):

- 1:30 PM–9:30 PM during UK summer time (late March–late October)
- 2:30 PM–10:30 PM during UK winter
