Job Description:

KCyber Experts Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Digital/Cyber Forensics Analyst to join our investigative support team. The role involves conducting forensic analyses of digital and multimedia evidence to support criminal and administrative investigations for central law enforcement agencies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with forensic tools and a strong grounding in computer science, forensic science, or information security.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct digital and multimedia forensic examinations using industry-standard tools and techniques.

· Identify, collect, preserve, analyze, and interpret digital evidence in accordance with best forensic practices.

· Prepare detailed forensic reports and summaries of findings to support legal proceedings or internal investigations.

· Use a variety of digital forensic tools for imaging, file recovery, timeline analysis, data carving, and malware detection.

· Maintain proper documentation, chain-of-custody records, and quality control procedures.

· Collaborate with law enforcement, legal teams, and other stakeholders to present findings in a clear and skilled manner.





Required Skills & Tools Knowledge:

Proficiency in forensic tools such as:

Commercial: EnCase, FTK, X-Ways Forensics, UFED Cellebrite, Oxygen Forensics, Magnet AXIOM, XRY

Hardware: Tableau, Logicube

Open-source: Autopsy, Helix3, CAINE, Volatility

Accounting tools: Tally ERP

· Strong understanding of computer systems, storage devices, operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mobile), and file systems.

· Basic knowledge of networking and cybersecurity concepts is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Digital/Cyber Forensics, Forensic Science or related field

· Professional certifications preferred:EnCE, ACE, CHFI or any equivalent certification in digital forensics

Preferred Attributes:

· On-site departmental experience: DGGI, Income Tax, Customs, DRI, ED.

· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Strong communication and report-writing skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
