We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail kiosk at Walk Mall, Mohali.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day kiosk sales, assisting customers, recommending products, achieving sales targets and maintaining an attractive product display.

The ideal candidate should have a friendly personality, good communication skills and a genuine interest in women’s fashion, jewellery and accessories.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling

- Welcome customers and create a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing and offers.
- Help customers select jewellery and accessories based on their style, occasion and budget.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers.

Sales & Target Achievement

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Actively approach customers visiting the kiosk.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average bill value.
- Promote ongoing offers, new arrivals and special collections.
- Maintain a strong focus on conversion and revenue generation.

Kiosk Management





- Maintain an attractive and organized product display.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and tagged with correct pricing.
- Keep the kiosk clean and presentable at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the management about low-stock products.
- Assist with stock counting and inventory management.
- Handle billing/POS transactions and payments accurately.

Customer Experience

- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.
- Handle customer questions and basic complaints professionally.
- Encourage customers to explore new collections and complementary products.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude throughout the working day.

Daily Reporting

- Maintain daily sales records.
- Report sales, customer feedback and stock requirements to the management.
- Share information regarding fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Maintain proper cash/payment handling as per company procedures.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, fashion, jewellery, accessories or related industries.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Good customer-handling skills.




- Comfortable working in a mall/kiosk retail environment.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, POS systems and digital payments.
- Must be punctual, responsible and well-groomed.

Preferred Candidate

We would especially prefer candidates who:

- Have experience in fashion, jewellery, cosmetics, accessories or lifestyle retail.
- Have strong convincing and upselling skills.
- Understand current fashion trends.
- Enjoy interacting with customers.
- Are energetic and comfortable approaching customers proactively.
- Can work effectively during weekends and peak mall hours.

Working Environment

This is a full-time in office retail position at the Wink & Slay kiosk in Walk Mall, Mohali.

The candidate should be comfortable working according to mall operating hours, including weekends and holidays, as these are important sales days for the brand.
