Job Description

Kasmoprav Technologies is urgently hiring an experienced ServiceNow SOMT Solution Architect with robust expertise in ServiceNow Telecom Service Management, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and Enterprise Integration Architecture.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience designing end-to-end telecom/fiber service management solutions, including Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Fulfillment, Provisioning, Billing, and MACD processes.

We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect who can design scalable enterprise solutions, work closely with stakeholders, and deliver architecture aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. ServiceNow SOMT & Telecom Architecture

- Design end-to-end ServiceNow SOMT architecture for telecom and fiber services.
- Architect Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Order-to-Fulfillment, Provisioning, Billing, and Service Closure processes.
- Design New Order and MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) lifecycle processes.
- Define Product, Service, and Resource relationships across the telecom service lifecycle.
- Develop reusable and scalable telecom fulfillment architecture.
- Design integrations with CRM, CPQ, Billing, Inventory, Network/OSS, and ERP systems.

2. ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

- Design solutions leveraging ServiceNow SPM and Project Portfolio Management capabilities.
- Work with Project Charters, Projects, Project Tasks, Dependencies, Milestones, and Epics.
- Manage planned vs. actual dates, project statuses, and delivery tracking.
- Integrate SOMT order and service lifecycle workflows with SPM project management.




- Identify appropriate use cases for standard SPM/SOMT functionality versus custom development.
- Recommend out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities wherever possible.

3. Solution Architecture & Enterprise Integrations

- Create end-to-end solution architecture, functional architecture, and integration designs.
- Define data flows between SOMT, SPM, CRM, CPQ, Billing, OSS/BSS, and ERP systems.
- Identify functional gaps and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, maintainable, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and client teams.
- Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and solution presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10+ years of overall IT / Solution Architecture experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SOMT / Telecom Service Management.
- Proven expertise in telecom/fiber Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, and Order-to-Fulfillment architecture.
- Good understanding of MACD processes and telecom Product, Service, and Resource lifecycle management.
- Practical experience with ServiceNow SPM, including Projects, Tasks, Dependencies, Milestones, Epics, and portfolio tracking.
- Experience deciding between standard ServiceNow functionality and custom development.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, including CRM, CPQ, Billing, OSS/BSS, and ERP.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, solution design, and presales skills.

Candidate Requirements

- Must have relevant ServiceNow SOMT architecture experience.
- Must possess a strong telecom/fiber domain background.
- Must have hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
- Must be comfortable working remotely from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
