Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end to end distributor operation,achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
- Manage and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Plan and execute market coverage, outlet expansion and product visibility
- Analyse market trends, competition and business opportunities
- Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

Requirements:





- Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 10 years FMCG Sales experience preferred.
- Team handling/Team management experience is mandatory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
