URGENT HIRING | METALLURGIST – CASTING

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Industry: Leading Casting Manufacturing Company
Position: Metallurgist
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Materials Engineering
Experience: 2–5 Years in Sand Casting Industry

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS:

- Experience in sand casting processes and foundry operations.
- Knowledge of furnace charging and setting charge composition for different grades of MS, SS, CI & SG Iron.
- Knowledge of melting processes, temperature control and metal quality.
- Hands-on experience with Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for hardness testing.
- Knowledge of Spectrometer testing and chemical composition analysis.
- Basic knowledge of metallographic / microstructure examination of metals.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot casting and metallurgical defects.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during melting and casting processes.
