Job Description

ARS Architects is looking for a skilled and responsible candidate to prepare building plan approval drawings and handle building plan submissions through the Punjab mSeva / e-Naksha portal.

The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and upload building approval drawings and complete the related online submission process accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare building plan approval drawings using AutoCAD.
- Upload and submit building plans through the Punjab mSeva / e-Naksha portal.
- Handle online applications, drawing revisions, and related documentation.
- Check drawings for accuracy and compliance with applicable building bylaws.
- Coordinate with the team to complete submissions and address corrections or objections.
- Maintain proper records of applications and approved drawings.

Requirements

- Knowledge of AutoCAD and building plan drafting.
- Familiarity with the Punjab mSeva / e-Naksha building plan approval portal is preferred.




- Candidates with a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Draftsmanship are welcome.
- Practical experience in building plan approval work will be an advantage.
- Ability to work accurately, independently, and meet deadlines.
