Team Lead – North Supply Operations

Job Summary

We are looking for a Team Lead – North Supply Operations to own and drive the overall North Supply function across North Indian languages.

Hindi currently contributes ~60% of our overall volume/revenue. The role will manage approximately 15 KAMs + 1 Hindi TL and will be responsible for Hiring, Training, Retention, Partner Support and overall Supply performance.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end North Supply Operations.
- Manage and guide 15+ KAMs and 1 TL.
- Drive team performance, accountability and execution.
- Track key metrics across Hiring, Training, Retention and Partner Support.
- Prepare and present weekly MIS reports covering WoW performance, key movements, root causes and action plans.
- Analyse operational data and identify performance gaps.
- Define action plans and drive execution with minimal managerial guidance.
- Build and improve SOPs, processes and operating mechanisms.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.




- Take ownership of ad-hoc operational problems and drive them to closure.
- Drive growth across existing and new North Indian languages.

Requirements

- 3–6+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Operations, Partner Operations, Marketplace Operations or similar roles.
- Robust people management experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and operational data.
- Experience with MIS, reporting and root-cause analysis.
- Experience building or improving SOPs and operational processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of tasks.
- Ability to identify problems, create action plans and drive execution without constant supervision.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in Supply Operations, Partner Operations, Marketplace Operations, KAM Operations or team management will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
