We are looking for a creative, trend-aware Social Media & Content Intern to join Urban Creatives and work on social media, content creation and brand projects for D2C and retail brands.

What You’ll Do

- Plan and execute social media content calendars
- Develop ideas for Reels, posts, carousels and Stories
- Research current Instagram and social media trends
- Create and assist with short-form video content
- Support graphic design for social media
- Assist with content and influencer shoots across Pune
- Coordinate with influencers, creators and team members
- Write captions and social media copy
- Research competitors and relevant content formats
- Monitor social media performance and insights
- Support day-to-day social media and content execution

What We’re Looking For

- Must be based in Pune
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels and social media trends
- Good creative thinking and content sense
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro,



VN or similar tools
- Good communication and writing skills
- Comfortable attending shoots at different locations across Pune when required
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Students, freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply

Internship Details

Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Hybrid
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Type: Paid Internship
Duration: 3-4 Months

Important: Most work will be remote, but you may be required to attend content shoots, influencer shoots and other brand activities at different locations across Pune.
