We are looking for an experienced Site In-Charge to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations and execution of project activities.

The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, manpower, contractors, materials, civil works, quality, safety, progress, documentation and coordination with the client and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for day-to-day site activities and project execution.
- Plan, supervise and monitor civil and related site activities as per project requirements.
- Lead and coordinate Site Engineers, Supervisors, contractors, subcontractors and site workforce.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate with the client, consultants and internal project management team.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery and other resources required at site.
- Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor material consumption and control unnecessary wastage.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team to ensure required quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with site safety and HSE requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed as per agreed requirements.
- Check measurements, quantities and work progress for billing and documentation purposes.
- Review and maintain DPRs, progress reports, measurements and other site records.
- Coordinate with the billing/accounts team for project-related documentation and bill submission.
- Identify site-level technical, operational and manpower issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate major project, commercial, technical or client-related issues to management.
- Maintain proper records of manpower, materials, machinery and daily site activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline and safe working practices at the site.




- Conduct regular site inspections and provide timely progress updates to management.
- Ensure proper handover and completion of assigned project works.
- Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in site/project execution.
- Strong experience in civil construction and site management.
- Experience in refinery, industrial, tank, infrastructure or large-scale construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil execution, measurements, quantities and drawings.
- Experience in managing contractors, manpower and multiple site activities.
- Good understanding of project documentation, DPRs and billing processes.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site operations and work under project deadlines.
