Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative / Tele Sales Representative with 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling. The candidate will be responsible for speaking with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products or services, following up with leads, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Contact prospective and existing customers through telephone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product or service information.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and other details clearly.
- Follow up with customers and leads to support sales conversion.
- Generate and maintain sales leads through calling and other assigned activities.
- Handle customer questions and sales-related queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Update customer information in CRM, Excel, or other company systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Report sales activities and progress to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, customer sales, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain products or services clearly.
- Positive follow-up and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, or similar tools.
- Graduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
