Job Summary

We are looking for a Counsellor – BFSI Products to handle customer/student counselling, lead conversion, enrollments, and relationship management. Candidates with experience in BFSI, banking, insurance, NBFC, financial services, education counselling, or sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel customers/students and understand their requirements and profiles.
- Explain and recommend suitable BFSI products/programs.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, email and online enquiries.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and achieve monthly sales/enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer/student relationships.




- Maintain accurate CRM/student records and prepare daily/monthly MIS.
- Coordinate with internal teams for enrollment, batch commencement, and onboarding.
- Follow up for installment/fee collections.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of queries.

Requirements

- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1–4 years of experience in counselling, inside sales, customer relationship management, education sales, or BFSI sales.
- BFSI industry experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with solid follow-up and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM and MIS reporting.
- Candidates comfortable with on-site work at Sion/Fort are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
