Role Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to create a premium, brand-consistent in-store experience that showcases our fine jewellery collections at their best. In this role, you will blend creative display design with commercial awareness, ensuring that our windows, showcases, and in-store displays attract walk-ins, engage customers, and drive sales. You will work closely with the retail, marketing, and merchandising teams to bring seasonal and festive campaigns to life, uphold luxury brand standards, and follow strict security practices when handling high-value jewellery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute window displays, showcase layouts, and in-store displays aligned with seasonal and festive campaigns such as Diwali, Dhanteras, Akshaya Tritiya, and wedding season.
- Style jewellery on busts, trays, stands, and props to highlight design, stones, and craftsmanship.
- Arrange products by category and collection with a consistent colour story and price-point flow.




- Refresh and rotate displays regularly based on current arrivals, bestsellers, and slow-moving stock.
- Implement VM guidelines, planograms, and campaign rollouts across stores, ensuring brand compliance.
- Conduct store visits and audits, and share reports with corrective actions.
- Partner with sales teams to place high-margin and priority products in prime display zones, using sales and footfall data to refine layouts.
- Follow strict security protocols when handling, counting, and securing high-value jewellery, and keep showcases and fixtures clean and damage-free.
- Coordinate with vendors for props, fixtures, and signage, manage the VM budget, and train store staff on display standards.

Experience: 2 to 5 years (jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle retail preferred)
Qualification: Graduate or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion/Retail Design

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
